前回のエピソードを引き続き、東京・西麻布のフランス料理店「レフェルヴェソンス」でシェフを務める生江史伸（なまえしのぶ）さんをお迎えします。今回では、生江氏の少年時代の話から、どのようにして農家や農産物そのものに強く惹かれるようになったのか紐解く。田舎暮らしの不便さを楽しみ、そして食を通して人間の根源を探ることについて話しています。
